Embodied Sound - 200 hours
Join us on a journey to tap into the human potential of sonic healing and the immense power of vibration, frequency, voice and digital sound. Across this comprehensive 200-hour self-paced, online training you will be guided to experience the pure magic of sound and resonance.
Offering a unique exploration of sound and our own methodology you will learn to create proficient digital soundscapes on Ableton (DAW), use crystal singing bowls, open your voice and learn confidence on a range of instrument choices.
You will graduate as a confident keeper and guardian of this ancient wisdom, connected deeply with your greater consciousness and creativity, harnessing the power of your own unique gifts and authentic voice to offer the beauty of embodied sonic medicine to the world.
This training is currently online only - but 2025 will be birthing an in-person immersive training week. Launching soon.
Embodied Voice - 50 hours
Our true voice is the pure, true and resonant frequency of our innermost selves. It is a raw, unfiltered, healing and powerful prayer for freedom and liberation.
It can guide our expression to a more truthful place and guide us to taking up space within the fullness of our power. When it is fully felt, unleashed and empowered it is truly magical and can touch the hearts of many.
Within a 50 hour training portal, including a live, immersive weekend retreat you will be guided to claim and remember the full power and potential of your embodied voice. To step into your ancestral wisdom and surrender to it's healing magic.
When we claim our authentic voices we harness our potential and innate truth as powerful and sovereign beings. To speak up, take up space and stand in truth as an act of reclamation and empowerment is a powerful gesture of kinship and love.
Embodied Dance - 50 hours
Calling all aspiring DJs...
Embodied Dance is our most ecstatic offering.
Within a 50 hour training - including a live immersive training week - you will be guided to step into your power as a guide to ecstatic dance experiences.
Ecstatic dance is a transformational tool for healing, shedding, releasing and becoming.
You will learn how to lead from a place of your own embodied experience, guiding the dance sonically through peaks, troughs, activations and embodied awareness to point toward a healing and transformational altered state experience.
You will also be equipped with the tools to create your own soundscapes on Ableton (DAW), how to mix live, some basic music production skills for mixing/mastering and approaching soundscape creation from an embodied and conscious mindset.

Within our training model, you'll be guided to explore all facets of sound as a healing modality. From traditional instruments and ancient philosophy to cutting edge research and digital sound healing applications you will graduate as a confident, embodied and competent speaker of the language of sound.
